I use Tiffany at The Hair Spa on Bennett (right by Baldwin Park). She's amazing and sooo reasonable. I love her work and she's willing to experiment without being opinionated or overbearing.
It's fairly easy to get an appointment too (love that)!!

I have the best in Central Florida, I would drive any where to get an appointment with him.
Rober at Zen Hair Design on Fairbanks between I-4 and Hwy 17-92. ###-###-####. I looked for 2 years before I found him.
Also you will want to be committed to him. He is so busy that the only way to get you appointment is to get on his schedual and the keep your appointment.
