I'm sorry to hear you loss your mother; I know it is difficult. I Ioss my mother unexpectedly Sept 2007 and it is a process; I still miss her deeply.

A part of me grieving I would visit my mother's marker every weekend; did this for a year. I wear her favorite sunglasses every day, keep my mom's photo on her favorite table with her grandfather clock in our living room, keep a journal...etc. My heart and prayers goes out to you. When you feel the urge to cry, laugh, yell etc. don't hold back just continue to get through every emotion and it will get easier with time.
