Anyone have a good crockpot recipe they want to share?
A good baked potato soup recipe would be awesome!

I got a huge list of crockpot recipes that someone sent me. They are in a word file. Tehre is one for Cream Cream Chicken that is sooooo yummy. If you send me your email address, I'll be happy to email you the file. It's got all kinds of crock pot recipes in it. However, I don't think ith has potato soup...I'd love to get that recipe!

I make a yummy chicken and rice with the crockpot. If you are interested here is the recipe that I use:
1 bag of boneless skinless chicken (usually 2 or 3 lb bag)
2 cans 26 oz cream of chicken
2 cans 10 3/4 oz cream of celery (can use cream of mushroom instead)
1 box of 5 white 5 minute rice (I buy the small box but cannot remember the size)
I usually put the chicken and soups in the crockpot on high around 8:00 AM and let it cook until dinner time to make sure the chicken cooks all of the way and it is tender. Occasionally stir throughout the day.
About 5-10 minutes before you plan on serving dinner you will need to add the rice so it can cook.
We usually have mashed potatoes, a vegetable, cottage cheese and rolls with this.
