I'm pretty sure you can just write a will on paper, date & sign it, have it notarized and it is a valid will.
Here's a site that has several templates (all free) depending on your situation:

Has anyone found a good website with a decent template for a Will. I need to get one set up for our family. I would prefer for a Will that is either free or very lost cost. We have nothing all that challenging to put in the Will so I know I can do it on my own. And even the lawyer suggested I not pay the $300 some dollars to do it. So suggestions would be great. Thanks

You can buy an inexpensive template at Office Depot as well.
Just make sure that you sign it in the presence of the Notary so that it can be "witnesses" and "notarized"! You should also have additional copies placed with someone you trust. Our "copies" are with my sister. Should something happen to both of us, she has copies of EVERYTHING- including the guardianship papers for our children. If you aren't using a lawyer (who would retain a copy), make sure someone outside of your home knows where to find it!
My in-laws literally says (paraphrased) that everything goes to the surviving spouse. If neither is surviving, all assets are divided evenly among the three children. It really can be that "simple".
I guess you are looking for building a good website, in that case it is always better to have a customized web template than a normal template. A customized template will help your business cause better.
I used legalzoom and it was very easy to do. I think I paid about $50 for it.
they are state sensitive, so make sure you get the right one....you can also go to an office supply store like office depot & get it
Have you checked Legalzoom.com?
