Good OBGYN

I do NOT recommend Dr. Jane Reed at Specialists for Women. She botched my labor and delivery and it was a very traumatic experience for me. She is lucky I did not sue her.

I now go to Women of the Woodlands by St. Luke's in the Woodlands and they are awesome!!! Much nicer, newer office that Specialists for Women and they even have a play room for the kids!

In The Woodlands there is a wonderful place. Its called Specialists for Women. There are several doctors there and I'm sure anyone of them would be excellent. Mine happens to be on maternity leave right now.

I go to Tomball Women's Health Care Center in Tomball. It is just a short drive down FM2920 on the road that runs in front of the Tomball Hospital. I actually see a P.A. there, Rhonda Sanders. I have been seeing her for years as have several of my friends. She is wonderful, I would never want to see anyone else. She is very good at making you comfortable and actually listens to what you are saying. The # is ###-###-####.

they are located by the woodlands hospital, really nice office. and they give your robes to put on, not those cheap open back gowns. joann stokes is really nice and easy to get into. but you can't see her if you are pregnant.

Care For Women, Kingwood TX--Dr. Brenda Uribe-Torres. I actually like all the doctors there. I've been going there since I moved out here in 2002. They also delivered both of my kids.

Dr. Marra Francis maybe a good OBGYN but you will regret ever going to her. She is listed as a Aetna HMO provider, but she does nothing for Aetna HMO members. They will actively try to make you change your HMO to a PPO. Dr. Francis will make you obtain/request referals by yourself...her nursing staff will do nothing. This is not your responsibility...this is the responsibility of the nursing staff...there are a slew of insurance codes and much more that is required for a referral. That's why they get paid the big dollars. If you make a mistake like I did and forget to remind her and her nursing staff to use Aetna HMO contracted and qualified labs and providers. You will be stuck with $1600 lab charge. And if you file a complaint with your Insurance provider, Dr. Francis will retaliate and refuse to treat you and tell you to go find another OBGYN. She is a very unprofessional person. This has caused us considerable stress and anxiety. BEWARE - WARNING USING THIS MEDICAL PROVIDER FOR ANYTHING.

Dr. Christopher McGuirk at Willowbrook Methodist Hospital, ###-###-####. He delivered my baby last February and is such a pleasant man to deal with! He's young, in his mid-30's, and I would recommend him to everyone! Good luck!

He isn't in Spring...he's in the Woodlands but he is SO GREAT!! Dr. Alan Moore ###-###-####. I had always wanted to see women, but he was fantastic. I went to "meet" him when I found that I was pregnant and decided to stay with him and not meet any other OBGYNs.
