Going to Sea World with a Child Who Is in a Wheelchair??

Hi K.,

My 7 yr.old daughter is also in a wheelchair. About 2 yrs ago we took a family trip to Sea World in San Antonio and I must say I wasn't sure what to expect but they were very accomodating. She went in for half the price of a childs ticket. They had signs and ramps for the disabled to use for the rides, we didn't have to stand in line. Personnel was so patient and helpful when trying to put her in a ride. I was really relieved and grateful. We had a GREAT time.

i know that most theme parks are usually very accomodating. they usually let the family go right to the front of the lines, call them and see what their policy is. they will probably surprise you with how caring they are towards special needs families

We have been to seaworld many many times and they are very accomodating. I was in a wheelchair at the time for a broken foot and we did not have to miss thing!
