hi M.,
i wish i could tell you different, but unfortunetely the only thing would be surgery. Wich means the excess skin would be cut off.
Take care, A.
Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of the belly roll? I lost 30lbs recently with aerobics and diet. However, I cannot seem to lose the roll around my belly. It is more like loose skin than fat. Any ideas? I appreciate any suggestions.

Sit ups, sit ups, sit ups! Unless it is just skin that would require a sugery.
Congratulations on your weight loss M.! I don't have any direct knowledge, I only had 2 kids. I'm sure having had 4 kids its a little tougher. At least you have your youth on your side. I notice at age 40, that skin is not so elastic anymore. What seems to be helping me is core exercises (look it up online, maybe get a book from the library) and doing interval running on the treadmill at the gym. I used to get good results from jogging, but now street jogging is too hard on my body. I do a warm up walk, then try to do 2 & 3 minutes of running at a time, then walk 2 or 3 mins. and then do it over again, for at least 30 mins. HTH!
I have known alot of people that can not get rid of that loose belly skin even with diet and excercise....a tummy tuck is the only way I know to get rid of that excess skin.
Hi M.!!
Congrats on all that weight loss!! I am a new mommy of a now 6 month old and I too am trying to loose weight. I was told by a friend of mine, who has had 3 kids, that Hip Hop Abs really worked for her. I myself have not tried it yet (Im still trying to get back into the exercise mind frame) but she swears by it. Its a workout video that focuses on your abs and loosing belly fat. They have an on-line special where they will also throw in a couple of other videos for your thighs, butt, arms and legs. Maybe you can look into those videos to see if maybe they are for you. Hope this Helps.
Hi, I am in your exact boat, I have lost 36 lbs and I work my butt off in the ab area and it just isn't going anywhere. I even have a personal trainer who focuses on that area. He too said that it is just not gonna come off. I am going to have a tummy tuck in the fall because that is the only way I can get rid of it. I have tried so hard, so I am confident tummy tuck is the only way too go. Working out at the gym,you meet alot of women that have had work, so I got the name of a doctor in San Antonio. Gary Lawton is going to do the work. His patients that go to the gym look good. Good luck.
