We are buying a rehab/remodel in Arcadia and we need to find a good, reliable, fast general contractor and possibly someone who can help with drawing up plans. The remodel involve an addition of a master bed room suite, enclosure of carport (laundry, bath, bedroom) and addition of a 2 car garage. The remainder of the house is gutted, so we'll need pretty much all of the subs that you can think of. My husband and I are both familiar with this process but neither of us have the time to coordinate subs to we need someone to do it for us. We do have a budget, but I think that it is pretty reasonable. (read: we want it to come out nice, but maybe can't afford all of the tip top of the line finishing). We may also want to pitch in and do some of the work our selves to save on costs. If you know anyone who you think might suit our needs, please send info my way.
