My husband is a license and insured plumbing contractor, he is very fair with pricing and doesn't try to charge you for things that you really don't need. Well, you have already recieved many responses, but I just wanted to add that our contractor did a wonderful job on our remodel. His name is Jerry Stokely (Stokely Construction Co) and his number is ###-###-####. We actually moved our kitchen into another area of our house, so for about 6 months everything but the bedrooms were under contruction. He built a wall between "the work" and our space which included a door with a lock. It was great to have for privacy and so my dogs wouldn't get too stresseed. We were very happy with the job he did, so we have reffered him several times to our friends.

We used a great company - Ted Vollgraff and Associates. The proprietor is Jim Vollgraff - They did a major remodel of our backyard and master bathroom. And then a moderate remodel of kitchen and other bathrooms - hardwood floors, counters, sinks, etc. We received 3 bids and he was not the least expensive, but I can tell you they did great work and when anything went wrong (even after the job was done) he was immediately available to resolve the situation. Btw, something will always go wrong on a remodel or construction project. Our home is in Olivenhain - a burb next to Rancho Santa Fe.

Hi K., How nice that you will have a nice addition. Yes, I know someone I'd love to refer. They live in Rancho Bernardo and are Israeli. He was an engineer beforehand so his work is excellent, everything is perfect to the finest detail and he's on time and very pleasant. His name is Eli Cohen and his lovely wife, Nava assists him. She LOVES wood and gets the best deals from Home Depot, etc. and runs the business with him while he does the work. They are very pleasant people to deal with. My husband has bought 3 dumps in good neighborhoods and has fixed them. This last time, he had a contractor help him but that was years ago before I knew Eli.
