I have a 19 month old son and we have friends coming in town with their 18 month old. We want to take them to a really fun place to eat where the kids can have fun. We live in Southlake, but don't mind going into Dallas.
Thanks!

Rainforest Cafe at Grapevine Mills Mall. And, of course, there is always Chuck E. Cheese!
Well, there are several things --
The Rainforest Cafe is fun -- if they're not scared
for older kids that get into characters -- the Magic Time Machine in Dallas is fun
I'd be interested to hear all the answers on this one! :)
TJ Hartfords on 35 in Lewisville is good for adults and kids. If I remember correctly they even had a few toddler type rides. The atmosphere is more towards traditional Cheddar's type establishment but they have a nice gameroom that is enclosed for kids to enjoy.
The rain forest cafe in Grapevine mills is loads of fun. It might be scary at first but after a while the kids love it.

Someone already said Rainforest..but its a good idea....A bit expensive but you pay for the atmoshpere and not the food there...Its in Grapevine Mills Mall so there is plently to do there. Also good O'le Chuck e-cheese since they have the toddler area and pizza is usually good for anyone. Joes Crab Shack has a small playground and a fun atmosphere sort for kiddos. Im having the same prob w/ my 3 1/2 yr old...She gets bored and most resturants arent targeted for little ones...boy if I had a ton og cash I sure would be opening something though...you could make a killin! Hope this was a little helpful! C.
Traildust off Restaurant Row in Dallas...They have a slide but you have to go down it with them. I'm sure you can look it up on the web cause its a chain...have fun you have alot of good reccomendations!!! Its a steak house...FYI
My kids really love Rain Forest Cafe. Trail Dust also has a big slide for kids but I am not sure how old the children need to be. good Luck!

Check out Chrystal's Pizza in Irving off MacArthur and 183. They used to have fish tank tables and a lot of arcade type stuff and a "movie room" showing cartoons.
Hey A.!!! :)
You guys should try Babe's Chicken. It's this hidden restaurant in Roanoke, and there's also one in Carrollton. It's just a fun place for the whole family. Abby loves it - especially the all you can eat mashed potatoes, yum!
