Another suggestion on where to give away things: http://www.freecycle.org. Kind of like Craig's List but everything is free and local. I know there is a group in southern DuPage County. Their might also be one in Naperville.
I am decluttering, and I want to find a good home for all of the baby formula samples I received. It is mostly Enfamil, but there is a little bit of Similac too. If anyone wants it, please give me your address (or for obvious safety reasons) pick a Jewel, Target, or Meijer where we can meet so I can give it to you.
Or if any mommas know of a shelter, church, or charity close by (I'm not willing to drive very far) that will accept the unopened samples, please let me know. Thanks!
Thanks ladies! I met up with Sara D the other day and passed the formula onto her. I'll keep the other charities in mind when I'm getting rid of my baby items :-)

There's a place called CareNet in Naperville (I think they're on 59) that helps moms-to-be and new moms who need the help (both medical and emotional help and support). They're always accepting things like formula, diapers, etc. It's a great thing they do for the community!
I would definitely be interested in any enamel lipil or newborn samples. I live in Downers Grove area. Thanks!!!
What about Loaves and Fishes? Do they accept formula?
There is a domestic violence shelter in Downers Grove with a counseling center in Wheaton (Family Shelter Service). I know they would gladly accept your donation for their clients.
