Odd request but my dad lives in South Florida and has been retired for quite some time. So to keep himself busy a few days a week he sells odds and ends at the flea market. He wants to spend more time here with his grandchildren so he wants to know where there might be any flea markets, small or big, doesn't matter. He doesn't want to travel to Grand Prarie but I was told there are a few around the Collin and Denton counties and one in Prosper. If anyone knows of any please let me know. I appreciate any information anyone might have.
Ditto what the other mom said. Canton also has First Monday Trade Days & I beleive it's only about an hour away.
Btw- I grew up in S. Fl. I'm quite familiar w/ the Swap Shop on Sunrise Blvd!!! :-)
There is also a flee market off of 380 going east in Mckinney.
I believe it is every weekend. I think that you can rent a storage space a nd they use them to set up out of when it is open.

You might try Third Mondays in McKinney on 380. It is northeast of Frisco pretty close to I 75. It is open the weekend prior to the third Monday of each month and has been there for many years...
Booths are available to rent or he may even find someone who might share one with him.
I think Canton is about 2 hours away...but if he doesn't mind the drive it's a great place. I go to 3rd Monday in Mckinney every month, it is great out there. It's coming up this weekend. Maybe you should go check it out. 15,16, and 17th. I believe from 8-5. Have fun and Good Luck!
