I am interested in any feedback (good or bad) you may have regarding 'The Total Transformation' program, the behavior system by Jim Lehman. Has anyone used it? Did it work?

I would recommend the program to any parent or grandparent. As for the ebay entries that say - only used once. It isn't a program you only use once. It's a whole program that first involves the parent working on skills and insight, then you get to the behavior mod techniques. It's a commitment but it's worth it. One of the most profound things Dr.Lehman says is, "you have to parent the child you have, not the child you want."

C., I too have considered purchasing it but have not. Take a look at Ebay. There are a lot of them there that are less expensive than buying new. The reason I didn't buy it was the number of people that said "only used once" or things like that. Maybe it didn't work for them because they only used it once. Hard to tell. I hope you get more responses so we can both see if it is worth the money.

Yes, C., I do have experience with Jim Lehman's program. I highly recommend it, in fact I put the link on my web page. The actual program costs money but he has a free newsletter where you can find tons of free advice. If you are wondering about the actual course you have to pay for, you can also listen to clips from every CD he offers on the web page before you buy it. My husband and I bought it to help with our grandchildren. Another great benefit from buying the CD's is that you get access to a 24 hour hot line to ask for help. I wish I would have had it when my boys were little. Here's the web page: http://www.empoweringparents.com.

Hi C.,
If you are talking about the total transformation from debt program, I have had experience with that. It's kind of a long to try and put in an emaiol, but if you would like you can call me at ###-###-#### and I can share with you what I know. FYI, I do know of a much more user friendly and effective program.
