Good morning moms! I have a question for those of you who have . I've been using ATT webmail for 10 years now, and last week, when I triend to sign in to my account, I got a mesage that said "the information you provided does not match our records". My login name and pasword has not changed. I've been unable to login ever since, and when I called my ISP, they were no help. Out of desperation, I created a gmail account. Of course, I have lost all my emaill addresses.
Now this morning, my mom, who is also with ATT webmail, has the same problem.
Have you ever had problems like this? What did you do? What email do you use and how do you like it?

Thanks for the advice, iet's helped. I will call the ISP. At least I'm not the only one having problems!
I've had that problem, but only briefly, for a few minutes at a time. But reading of your experience is prompting me to copy all of my addresses onto a Word document so I'll have them just in case.
I did have the same thing happen to me, but when I went to show my boyfriend the next day and ask what he thought, it worked. No problem. Not sure why. Not sure what advice to give, but it's not just the 2 of u.
I like gmail (google) or yahoo. Actually gmail I find more user friendly. I like it because It doesn't matter what server you have or change to you can always get to your gmail/yahoo.

Have you called AT&T? We have had some issues with our email, and I had to call them today. She said they made some sort of change (changed servers, upgraded, something) in the last month and some people have been experiencing issues. Your issues could be related to the change.
