I have a 4 year old elliptical runner that has been used maybe twice and I just don't have the room for it. It is a Reebok RL 545 that we spent $500 and is very sturdy. I want to donate it or give it away but the panel does not turn on. It could be a burnt fuse or require a new panel but I really don't want to take the time to find out. Does anyone know where I can give away or donate the item? It is bulky and probably requires a truck to move so I would prefer it be picked up from my home it possible. I live in Lewisville on the Flower Mound border.

There is also Play it Again Sports - don't know if there is one in your area, but you'd probbly have to take it to them. I'd call them to see if they "fix" the pieces they take in. Good luck!

Salvation Army will pick this up as well as any other items you might have to donate. They will even give you a receipt for tax purposes if you need. You will just need to contact the one who services your area.
Try craigsist.com--there is a free section and someone can pick it up. Or, freecycle.com. Both are wonderful web-sites and we have received many wonderful items from them. Let me know if you have any other questions.
