Dr. K. Kilbride, Dr. Qureshi, or Dr. S. Greenberg... Trying to Decide.

I am trying to decide which Dr. to go to for OB/GYN. I have received recommendations for Dr. K. Kilbride, Dr. Qureshi, and Dr. S. Greenberg, but would like to hear pros and cons of all of them from moms who have gone to them for OB care. Things that are important to me are personalized care, friendly office staff, accessibility (when I call my current Dr. I never talk to a person, and always have to leave a message), and good bedside manner. It would also be nice to like the other Drs in the practice as well, since I may end up seeing them if mine is not available. Any incite you can offer would be appreciated!

Dr. Greenberg is AMAZING!!! I've sent several of my friends to him and they all adore him as well. He's very compassionate and easy to talk to. He helped me through my pregnancy with triplets even though he doesn't deliver them. Just an all around great Doctor and the others in the practice are just as great.

I used Partners in OBGYN, and was happy with the docs there, especially Dr. Reiss. One thing you may want to consider in your decision is what hospital you would prefer. The offices you mention have different affiliations. I wanted to deliver at St Josephs Womens Hospital because of where I lived, and because as an older mom, I wanted the place with the most experience in case anything could happen. If you are closer to UCH, you may want to consider a practice that has privileges there.

Dr. Kilbride has been my dr. for over 15 years. I only have had children within the last 4. As just a GYN patient, the office is very busy and hard to get regular checkup appointments - but I REALLY liked her directness so I stuck with it. As on OB patient, appointments were VERY easy to come by. The practice is rather large (9 docs) and I saw most of them during the course of my two pregnancies. I would say I was VERY comfortable with the majority of them - good thing because Dr Reiss and Dr. Brown made my deliveries. They have 2 offices and I go to the Fletcher one - I loved the office staff there. Some people don't like seeing all the docs k- I didn't mind. Also, some people don't seem to care for the direct approach and so don't care for Dr. Kilbride but I like that. She doesn't take a wait and see approach but rather lets get it done. I know that she seems to have more restricted hours but it's worth it. I also really liked Dr. Dill, Dr. Reiss and Dr. Jaeger(male). THey also have a nurse practicioner named Ellen and she is WONDERFUL! She is always able to spend more time with questions, very knowledgeable and always checks things that she isn't sure about with a doctor. I would recommend them. They also ONLY deliver at St. Joseph's Womens - which I preferred. Best of Luck!

Insignia care for women is my OB/GYN that I have been going to for yrs, the doctors in there are great. Dr. Greenberg is actually who delivered my daughter. Dr. Wilkerson is who I see for my yearly annual, but the place is great, very friendly doctors and nurses, I do recommend them.

I switched to Dr Steven Greenberg when I became pregnant with my second child and I WISH I had him with my first. He's a great doctor. At first it seemed like he always in a hurry when I was TALKING to him after being examined but he answered any of my questions I had and when it came down to having a repeat c section, he was amazing during surgery and after, he actually checked up on me and not whatever doctor was on staff. The staff at his office was really nice and good too. Best of luck!

I have been extremely happy with Partners in OB/GYN. I've gone through 2 pregnancies with that staff, and Dr. Kilbride delivered my second child. Dr. Jaeger is who I usually see. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr Qureshi and her partner Dr. Dillon. I started seeing Dillon but had to see all in the practice during my pregnancy and really liked Qureshi also. My dream was to have either one of them deliver my baby, and it came true because I had to have an emergency E-Section (which they do not promote) and Dillon was going off call and Qureshi was going on call so they both did my operation. My incesion/stitches were awesome and they even removed the scar from my last operation and my son's circumcision was really good also (Qureshi did that). They were both so caring. I've been with them through a lot and I really like them.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
