My family & I are moving to the Greenville area this summer. I would love to get some referrals for a good family physician, dentist, OBGYN and of course the all important great hairdresser! My son has ADHD and has mild cerebral palsy I would like to find a physician or psychologist that specializes in ADHD and it's medications. He is a teen so we really don't need a pediatrican. Any input would be great! Thanks.
Highlands center for women is a great ob/gyn. there are 7 or 8 MDs, i prefer Dr. Koefed and Dr. Stoner.

We use 2 dentists, Dr. Flowers at Crowns Now and John R. White. Both are located off of Clevelan St near Greenville Tech.
My OB Gyn is Piedmont ob gyn. They are great.

I highly recommend Dr Brake at Riverside Family Practice. The office is located at 215 Halton Rd in Greenville. Here is the phone number as well ###-###-####. He's a great family doctor and every easy to get in to see when needed.
For OB/GYN's I would recommend Dr Chasedunn-Roard at Greenville OB/GYN's. She has been my OB for the past 2 years and I wouldn't trade her for the world. Interesting tidbit of information, she is also the OB/GYN to a local evening news anchor, Amy Wood on our Channel 7 news.
Anyway, the hair dresser I go to, I also wouldn't trade for the world. Not only is she up to date on the current trends (if that's what you like) but she's VERY moderatly priced. She only charges $25 for a shampoo/cut/style! Her name is Mandy and she's at the Palmetto Salon in Spartanburg (if that's not too far of a drive for you) her number is ###-###-####.

Holly Tree Family Dentist on Hwy 14 is really good.
Dr Declerk at North Hills Medical Center on E BUtler Street is excellent. I have four teens--18,17,16,15 and they all love Dr Declerk. He does not rush you and he explains things in terms that one can understand. I need an OB/GYN myself--we moved here from FL recently. Hairdresser, I go to HeadCoach off of Woodruff and for $20 you can get a cut, shampoo and style. It is supposed to be for men, but my whole family goes. Good Luck and welcome! Be sure to check out our downtown, it is incredible--great fun for families and at night, romantic for couples. Also, for nails, I recommend ANails off of Woodruff, voted best in the Upstate and they do a terrific job and are reasonably priced too.

I go to Dr. Bradley at the Highlands Center for Women ###-###-####, I absolutely love him, and if you are not comfortable with a man the practice has 2 or 3 women doctors and 3 or 4 more men. Plus they have rights at both the Greenville and Saint Francis hospital system in case you needed to use them.
I go to Dr. Ben Daniel for my dentist he is a member of the Panky Institute which is a highly respected organization helping to further train dentists. I don't have his number, but you should be able to find him in www.superpages.com, I believe he also has a website.
My cousin is a terrific hairdresser she is located at Shampoo Hair Salon on Woodruff road and her number is ###-###-####. Her name is Liz.
I do not know of a good doctor for ADHD, but am sure that you will be able to find one or someone will have a good suggestion.
