Hi, M.,
I found when training my daughter when she was 2 1/2 that pull ups did not work because she knew she could still pee in them. I used them only if I knew we would be gone for while with no access to a bathroom or at bedtime or naptime. Letting her feel the wetness when she had an accident seemed to help let her know that she didn't like it. What worked best for us was to take her to the bathroom every 20 minutes at first and put her on the potty. We started our every 45 but found she had too many accidents, so we cut it down to 20 minutes the first few days. Gradually, we increased the amount of time in between potty trips and she was trained in 2 weeks. Good Luck!
