I consigned with Posh Tots Resale, at their Harper College sale on October 25, 2008. I, along with all the other consignors, have yet to be paid! They also still possess my items that did not sell that day. Did any of you consign with them? Unfortunately, I learned about this sale from Mamasource!

If you are looking for a reliable resale that will pay you within a week, you may want to consider Parents Who Care. Their next sale is Saturday April 18 at the Hoffman Estates Park District building on Higgins Road. I have participated in their sale for many years with good results. I have always done resales at schools. They have done them for years and have returning customers. The one I do is in Glen Ellyn at St. James the Apostle school. I pay $8 for my price tags and they take 30%. You can get so much more money for your clothes at a resale than a garage sale! You can also take toys and I've found it's a good way to get rid of clutter.
Yes! I was a first-time consignor and have not been paid, nor have received my un-sold items. I've been calling and e-mailing and have been continually put off. I'm so frustrated with this situation, and feel like I've been stolen from. Others, don't consign with Posh Tots!
They ( PoshTots ) are renting a store in Wauconda that was to open in Oct and never did. It is holding lots of toys and clothing. I'm not sure if any of this stuff belongs to the people who consigned with them or not but I thought it might be of some help to know this. There is a salon in the same strip mall called Vicky's and she owns the whole mall. Just an FYI. Hope you all are able to get back what is yours and the $ that was made off your stuff.
I consigned with them as well and am out a lot of money. She sent out a long email trying to explain her situation and why they couldn;t pay anyone. Did you receive that email? Totally ridiculous. Unfortunatley, I believe that they have files bankruptcy so I am not sure that we will even be able to collect what is owed to us! I was outraged! I put a lot of time and effort getting all my things ready for the sale and then to not receive what I am owed was ridiculous. If you didn't recieve the email and would like to read it, just let me know!
