Nope, I didnt get one.
I've had my settings set for a long time not to receive emails from mamapedia, it was overloading my inbox.
Make sure you send it to them so they know what's going on, maybe you'll get a straight answer but is seems like malware or something to me Jen.
I got that too and now I no longer get emails from Mamapedia.
I got something like that months ago. And I stopped getting ANY messages from them, period - no questions, no emails telling me I got a pm, nothing.
I just started getting a FEW emails with questions a few days ago (kind of corresponds with you getting this email.) No notifications of pm's yet, though. I think they are working through their bugs, because there really are some.
I don't think you have anything to worry about, but I would first write mamasupport and ask them if you are really supposed to click on the link and tell them that address. That way they can tell you it's legit.
Here's their email address:

Ha, I delete all mamapedia emails before I even look to see what they are about. I have no idea if I received this..
I used to get them because they sent out so many. I clicked for them to go to my spam folder and they sent me one like this asking if I was really wanting them or for them to stop. They stopped sending them.
If you don't want them then go ahead and just delete it, if you like receiving them then click on the reply option. It tells them you area person.
Like Laurie A, I would never know.
