My little girl is 14 months old and has tiny feet (size 3 in infants, 4"), but she is walking up a storm. I managed to find sneakers for her (barely), but its getting close to snow season and we really need to find her some snow boots. I've searched stores and online, and it seems like the only maufacture size 5 and up for toddlers. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just get the size 5 snow boots, she will most likely wear two or more pair of socks to keep the little feet warm. The extra socks will pad the boots, giving her the extra size needed. Then, when she grows to a size five, just wear one pair of socks. :)
Have you ever heard of Free Cycle? It's a site where you can either offer things you want to give away for free or post for things you are looking for that others may have they want to give away. It's completely free and everything must be given away free, no money involved. If you posted on there what you are looking for someone may have some they'd give you. There are different chapters for all areas around the US. Go to www.freecycle.org and then put in where you live and it'll bring up the results for a chapter near you. I recently started using it and its fantastic! Hope that helps you.
I am sorry I can't help because I was in the same situation last year! My MIL bought the 5 we tripled up her socks and put her snowpants over them...took her out and she hated it =( too much snow blowing in her face, I think this year will be more fun =) Good Luck!!!
Hi,
I just came accross a site that has a size 4 in infant/ toddler. You should be able to go a little big with the boots anyway as they tend to fit that way and are harder to get on those little wiggley feet. It's called shoebuy.com . They are kind of expensive but offer free shipping and returns. You may also want to check out stride rite.they usually offer a wide selection of sizes and styles. Hope this helps good luck in the snow! I see you are from the snow belt, I used to go to Morrisville college!

How about rain boots with a couple of pair of socks? That way you can use them in the summer too! I know they make those in little sizes.
Hmmmm, I am surprised you can not find any...Did you check Wal*Mart or JcPenny or Payless shoes....It may just be they are not out yet. My Daughter is in size 4 and I have not a problem finding any shoes for her.
Goodness...down here in PA we can find size 3 snow boots...I'm surprised that up in NY you can't! Do you think that you just need to wait a bit? I don't even think they have boots out in stores yet here, but I know (from growing up in Syracuse) that you are looking at getting snow sooner than we do.
