Daycare - Looking for a Better Option

I am desperately looking for an option.
My 2 month-old baby girl is in a "good" daycare, but they will only have time to clean and feed all the babies that are there, so babies who aren't in need of immediate attention are left by theirselves...
I need someone who will give attention to my baby when she is alert!
Does anyone has ideas???
I thought about sharing a nanny with someone who has a baby with similar age - a ratio of 2 children / caregiver would be much better than a 4 : 1, as in daycare facilities!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Hi, guys. Thank you for your comments.
I would like to let you know that in the end I had to stay with the day care. I got used to it, my baby was fine with it from the beggining. I got to know the "teachers" and they got o know me and my husband and they turn to love my baby. The day care is next to my work and to the pediatrician, what is just very handy.
Not the ideal situation, but with the lack of other really feasible options, this ended up quite nicely.
Thank you again!

if you have the money for a nanny i would do that. or if you dont have that much but enough if you had a friend watch her, then that could work plus you would save some money. and you know your daughter is being taken care of. now if you dont have any friends that dont work then most def. go with the nanny. where are you located in ohio? well best of luck!

That is a really rough situation you are in and I sympathize with you. Bottom line is, I think we will always think that no one will take care of your baby like we can. But, as long as your baby is healthy and happy and doesn't seem to mind going to daycare, then you know her needs are met.

In regards to them paying attention to her when she's alert, I would be concerned too. Babies need stimulation and they are constantly learning. I would try and in-home daycare provider where the ratio is usually smaller. Wish I had some better suggestions!!!

I think I may be a little biased being a first-time mother and I would MUCH rather stay home and take care of my daughter but I know she's being taken care of.

You could visit other day cares and see if their routine is different from the one you currently use. I visited 10 before I chose the one my daughter attends.
