Hey there! I have 2 friends who followed this diet and it made their fibromalgia go away. I follow this "diet" too and it made my migraines/achiness go away. It's not really a diet - it is avoiding all these ingredients that are msg like. You can give it a try - there was some scientific paper out saying this helps people w fibromalgia. If you want you can look up that paper - I don't know the author. Anyway, on the website is a link to "hidden names for msg" which lists about 25 ingredients to totally avoid. It's tricky at first but then you get good at it. These are in everything. I now make my own homemade salad dressing or use Annies. Sauces are usually not safe to eat unless you make it homemade. Broth out of a can or boulloin (sp?) cubes are deadly. I make my own broth and freeze it now but my friend found one boxed kind that is safe. Most breads and crackers are unsafe. Etc.
