This is my new, not tried yet, but planning on this week...I bought two different flavored Costco dips. One spinach and one artichoke. It's cheaper to buy the dip than make it from scratch. I love those dips but not always as a dip....So I'm planning on scooping it over white fish and baking.
Has anyone tried something like this yet?

Just in case any of you return to read how it taste....everyone loved it. Honestly. Even my 11 & 14 yr olds. The sauce kept the fish moist and the dip is so tasty. I would serve it to company.
I have never cooked fish with a dip; I usually just season with a light bit of salt and pepper before cooking.
My suggestion would be to cook the fish as you usually would and offer the dips on the side as a sauce to add, much like tartar sauce.

I have had the spinach artichoke jalapeno dip from Costco, and it is really good. So I'm sure your dip would be great over fish. It's worth a try!
The artichoke dip is my favorite!
But I haven't tried it over fish.
It should turn out pretty good!
