I love this website and can do what you're talking about. It takes a little time to find all of it's uses, but I really like it.
I am looking for a cooking website that you can put in the ingredients that you have on hand and they will give you recipes that go with what you have. I have heard of this before, but never have found the site. Thanks! A. Joy

http://www.supercook.com/ is the one where you add ingredients. Here are some other awesome sights for easy recipes. One of my favorites is pillsbury.com and the eversave.com.

A.,
I love www.allrecipes.com At the top of the page, you can click on ingredients, and simply add what you have, and recipes that you can make pop up. You can even click on rating and search them from 5 star to no rating. This is my staple at home.
This website is great type in your stuff and it pulls recipes from all the websites, you can also save your items.
A., you can do that at www.allrecipes.com. It's my favorite recipe website. Good luck!
www.allrecipes.com. My favorite recipe website.
www.pamperedchef.com has great ideas
I also use the campbells soup site
www.kraftfoods.com has some great reciepes with things that you usually have on hand. they also have a tab to the left and you put in 3 ingredients that you have and they will give you a list of reciepes. they also have a free magazine that you can sign up for and if you don't want to use kraft products than you can just subsitute for name brand and save money.
If you type free recipes on google it will give you a list of sites. Most recipe sites will let you type in ingredients and will give you a list of recipes that contain that ingredient.
allrecipes.com is one example. Click on the ingredients tab
I love www.allrecipes.com. Most of the recipes are "everyday" ingredients that you would normally have on hand. check it out....it also allows you to create your own recipe box so you can save all the recipes that you like and then people who cook the recipe get to rate and they tell about any changes they make to the recipe. many times, I learn more from reading the comments than anything else. have fun cooking!
I go to kraftfoods.com for easy and quick meal ideas.
