Cleaning Ladies

We've always had an issue with our cleaning people because while they did a great job regularly, we had trouble making special requests because they didn't speak much English. We called MaidPro (their office is on Western) and they sent us Lisa...she is the absolute BEST! She will do anything we ask: she even helped up move around some furniture one day. She is SUPER nice, SUPER trustworthy and very thorough, but what I like best about her is how great she is with my son. They are buddies now!
Their pricing was really good as well: we pay the same to have them clean two floors of our house as we did with another company for just our one floor condo.

I would recommend English Maids at ###-###-#### in Mt. Prospect. TAlk to Donna - rates are $57 for 3 hours and $68 for 4 hours for one person. They are reliable, good and reasonably priced. Her email is ____@____.com them M. H. in Elk Grove Village recommended them.

Whoever you choose, just dont go with anyone named Agnes cleaning. She claims to be insured, but after her girls scratched ALL of my appliances (visible scratches all over)she came to look at the damage said she didnt want to file a claim but that she would pay for replacement parts. She went so far as too send me a company that just replaces the stainless, have ME contact them to get an estimate (because she claims her english is not good)and after gathering and sending her all the info she has not replaced the parts or given me any money to do so. Now she avoids my calls completely. its been over 2 years!!!

I used her girls for over a year and they were not that great either.

Just beware! She is a good salesperson! not a good service!
