Hi K., I'm not sure which ones you have tried, but have you called Betty with Construction Clean Pros? She may be one with a wait list, but it is well worth it. Her prices are the best and they do quality work. She is very friendly and is almost more like a friend when she comes here to clean. Her partner, George, is wonderful too - two great people. As for lawn service, we used to pay a company a lot to mow our grass, but when we moved, we just continued using the guy that was here before. MUCH cheaper for the same work. I would go with an individual over a company unless you need all the extras. Just ask your neighbors who they use. Good luck.

I would highly recommend my housecleaner. I like things cleaned a certain way and this is the first housecleaner I have had who I feel very comfortable with. She does a great job cleaning and if there is something you like a certain way, she is great about remembering and you don't have to remind her. She is very trustworthy. I don't have to worry about hiding my purse or putting away jewelry. I found her through mamasource. I love this site! She speaks Spanish but understands some English. She is very eager to please. I use a wonderful woman named Myra to clean my house twice a month. She has open availability. I have been using her for years. She is a great cleaner and is very honest and trustworthy. She has a key to my house so she can come while I am at work. I pay her $65 each time she comes for 2100 sq ft. She is in Plano. ###-###-####.

As far as lawn service call Chris from C and B Lawns. He is the best!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about him. I work for a property management company and they started using him for our properties too. ###-###-#### He is in Plano too, but he covers a pretty large area.

I found mine by asking neighbors and have been very happy with them. That way you can get an idea of how they work if you visit your neighbor after the cleaners have been there, or even try to meet them when they're there. Good luck!

Hi there I am not sure if you found someone yet but i do have a couple openings for another house if you are still looking. I am a very positive outgoing person who also is a lover of the LORD! If you cant find anyone or if you do and they just dont do the job your looking for please consider me. I am flexible and will come every other week or once a month its up to you really.
