Ok..I have looked at allrecipies.com and kraft's site & can not for the life of me find my recipe for chicken spaghetti. I know it has chicken, rotel, velveeta, spaghetti noodles and some cream of chicken maybe. Does anyone have a recipe similar they care to share. I wanted to make it for dinner tonite as I have some velveeta that needs to be used up.

one can cream of mushroom, undiluted
one can cream of chicken, undiluted
one (or two) cans rotel
one can mushrooms, drained
one can sliced black olives, drained
velveeta cheese, cubed
cubed, cooked chicken

Add all ingredients into pan and heat up, spoon over spaghetti or rice, and top with parmesean cheese! Yum!

We call it Mexican chicken.

Can I recommend something healthier? I don't want to offend at all though! We just cook the noodles, then put them in a casserole dish. Add spaghetti sauce, cooked chicken (I saute it), and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Then, just warm it until the cheese melts. Yummy, and probably half the calories/fat that is in the other recipe. At any rate, enjoy your dinner! :)

I make one that I boil the chicken and then I boil the noodles in the same water that I boiled the chicken, I open a can of cream of mushroom soup and mix it with some milk to the consistancy that I like - I don't usually add a whole can - then I cube up my cheese (I use cheddar) and put it in the soup mix, mix it all up and throw it in the oven for about 15 minutes at like 350 - you can broil it for a couple minutes if you want the top to brown a little bit and you can also top it with cheese if you'd like.....
