Lance Lambert in Glen Ellyn is excellent. He is strictly pediatric, and he even does demonstrations and dental health presentations at my son's preschool.

I have had great luck with Grove Dental in Wheaton. They have several pediatric dentists in many of their locations. They also have TV's and video games for the kids.
