I am not vain but 3 breastfed kids later and I am not happy with my breasts. Do you have any recommendations of plastic surgeons? Any idea about the cost?
I have not done the surgery but am tempted (four breastfed kids later)! I have done some research and have had several people recommend Dr. Karen Wells in Tampa. The cost for her is somewhere between 5-6k. Good luck!
Please let us know what happened. I'm feeling the same way after 3 breastfed kids (over 40 months worth, yikes!), and I always said I would do it, but I've been to chicken to actually try.

I had two kids and breastfeed both. I was not happy with the way they looked either. I actually won my new set through the MJ Morning show Boobapalooza '05. Dr. Adams was very nice, he really takes the time to talk to you about everything. I thought I wanted a boob lift, he explained how it is more invasive and that I would be on the younger end and size wise on the smaller end of those that normally get it. I hear he has started doing silicone. He also explained over and under the muscle and the benefits and disadvantages of both. I like my breasts now and so does my hubby!!! ha ha ha. I did not go big at all, I just filled out the skin I had but I guess because of the amount they seem pretty big. Most people do not know, I recently started a new job and no one has mentioned anything from what I know. I do find a hard time with tops occasionally but it's really not a problem I mind having.
