My daughter's 7th birthday is in December and we would love to have it at Zoo Atlanta. I looked on there website and tickets are a bit high (we won't have enough people for group discount) does anyone know of any coupons/special offers?
Try the web site atlantaperforms.com. Select the tickets button. This site lists discounts on same day purchase of tickets to Zoo Atlanta (and other Atlanta events/attractions). I think you have to sign up for their newsgroup. And I think they have two locations where you can buy tickets. We have bought tickets through them and they are easy to work with.
Just call and talk to them. I was going to try and have my son's there in September but they weren't officially offering parties. Since I couldn't get the Pavillion for the whole day they were going to discount it to 1/2 price for me. That was okay considering I didn't need or want to be there all day anyway. I wound up not having the party there but it was nice that they offered me a discount for it.
I think there are certain times where they have 'free' days. I took a group there a couple weeks ago because it was free for Atlanta residents. I guess you just have to catch it and keep checking the site, but thats probably no help since you need a specific time. Maybe it would be cheaper if you buy a membership? That comes with guest passes I am sure and then split the cost. Have fun.
If you are a member of AAA auto club, you can get discounted tickets to Zoo Atlanta. If you aren't a member, perhaps you know someone who is. All you have to do is show your AAA card at the gate for the discounted price.
