Yes that is what I have. I know some people like it, but i hate it. I am only 5'1 and my butt is ( | ) bigger than that.
I am not trying to be funny, but anyone can tell me how to make it smaller. I want it to match my body frame. my body frame size is really small.and my top is portiones, but my butt. Oh gawd. When I walk, it can knock someone out.

Please tell me what exercises will make it smaller , not muscular or firmer or more out there.

Thanks

What can I do next?

Please stay away from my house. My husband loves big butts. And I noticed you live quite close. I would never see him again.
By the way could you tell I am jealous?

You can do all the exercises in the world, but if you're not eating properly and doing fat-burning cardio then your butt will never get smaller.

Sadly, there is no such thing as 'spot reducing'. In other words, you cannot do magic exercises that will whittle away your butt. You can definitely do strength training exercises to firm up the glutes (buttocks muscles) and hamstrings (back of upper thighs), but if you don't do cardio and you eat poorly all you will wind up with is a tight, toned butt that is well insulated.

Fortunately, women can strength train yet not become super muscle-bound. We do not possess the appropriate level of testosterone to grow our muscles huge and bulky like men do, so don't be afraid to strength train. Good exercises are lunges (stationary, walking, around the clock), squats (body weight, front, plie, goblet, split), and step ups. Cardio should be high interval intensity training for the most efficient and highest fat burning (HIITs are where you go easy for 3-4 minutes followed by 1-4 minutes of high-burst speed, repeat for 30 minutes) but you can also do steady state training.

You will probably not like the way it jiggles initially (I also have a big butt), but jogging will definitely decrease it! Lunges -make sure you learn proper technique with your knee lined up correctly with your foot -will also really help give it lift and tightening. Good luck! Pilates exercises for the legs, hips and butt are also great.

It depends if your butt is muscular already, or if your issue is cellulite. If it's fat, then spot-reduction doesn't work. Your best bet is going to be cardio exercise (jogging, fast walking, swimming, riding a bike, climbing stairs, anything that keeps your heart rate up). Weight watchers will help - basically diet and exercise. Then when you start to see results, toning those muscles will help firm everything up. It's a long process... I think most of us mamas tend to have this issue the older we get! ; )

Also depends on your body type. Sounds like you might be a pear. If you are, that's just how pears are.

Regardless, cut out all refined sugar, cut down on carbs and up the cardio exercise. I also recommend pilates as mentioned previously.

Lucky you! I would probably give my right arm for a bigger butt!

Oh, my dear, I can totally relate! Except I am 6'2" with this big hooty. I carried my daughter all in my butt and here I am 5-1/2 years later with a butt bigger than a house. Then I had some major back problems and a subsequent surgery on a herniated disc and couldn't do much in the way of working out. I can't really say that I have any advice for you except I was happy to read the responses that Pilates does work because I am actually doing Pilates. I guess we should be happy that some of the moms out there actually are JEALOUS of our big behinds! Who would've thunk?!

My mom is 5'4" and she has had this problem for years. Finally she did Curves 30 min WO 3-4 times a week (don't know if they have one in your area) and walks everyday 30 minutes. She's really slimmed down all over (to the tune of about 100+ lbs.) Did their diet too, which was really doable. But the walking was key.
