I spent yet another frustrated day looking for socks for myself and I want to scream. I'm hoping you ladies can help. I wear a size 4.5 shoe and find it impossible to find mature looking socks that fit well. The little girl sized socks fit better but I'm tired of having to buy a mixed pack of bright pink and purple just to get one decent pair of gray socks. I'd like boring old black socks to wear with my jeans that don't bunch because they are too big-- any suggestions??
And if you have small feet, where do you shop for shoes? I hate shoe shopping since most stores I go into don't even have a single pair of shoes in my size or they only have very young looking little girl shoes that fit. I bought a pair of sandals last summer from Payless that I thought were okay--until 3 elementary aged girls in my neighborhood showed me they had the same pair!

Just checked and they have more than 1300 women's shoes in size 4.5 and a TON of women's socks in size 4-6. Good luck, and happy feet!
Nordstrom on sale in June. And Zappos.. Nordstrom has kids shoes that are the same as adults but kids are always cheaper. I bought my hunter rain boots, nikes, uggs and sandals in Nordstrom kids shoe department.. Or online at nordstrom. They have a sale in June and July. I wear same size as u. Also for socks I buy polo brand socks at Macy's they run small. Or marshall and tj max have polo brand socks in the kids that look adult :)

I get boys dress socks from Target. They fit great and don't bunch, at all! Actually, I get all my socks from the boys section.
I can't help you much on the shoes. I actually wears kids sizes, so I'm doomed to the girls shoe section. I can't fit into adult sizes :( Like others have mentioned, I have heard great things about zappos.

I wear from a 3-6 depending on the type of shoe. Yes it's hard to find shoes with small feet. I wonder if there's a special store for sizes under 7...hmm.
