T.K.
Hahahah I was gonna say Winger, Skid Row, or SLaughter. I guess I was hanging out with OneandDone in the 80s!
My DD's hair is all over the place, so I usually pull it back in a ponytail. I have been using those little rubber bands for hair, and they have worked great up until now... but her hair has thickened up enough that they have been breaking on her. I tried buying some of those smaller hair ties, but the first ones I got weren't elastic enough... the second were TOO elastic... the third wouldn't hold her hair, it slid right out...
Help! What brand do you use? I need one strong enough for her thick hair, but not one that I have to twist 300 times and will still hold her toddler-fine hair... :/

If you aren't using the bands that are covered with cotton, I'd try those.
The only hairties i ever buy are goody brand. My daughter has always had really thick curly hair so I use the regular size, but they have medium ones too.
I was going to sat Ratt, Cinderella, Poison or Def Leppard...but I'm a product of the 80's! LOL
Goody has a brand that I use almost daily, they are no slip

But these are the best

The Goody covered ones always have worked the best for my girls, and pigtails...less hair in each one than a single ponytail.
We had to use the tiny plastic ones for years, but they break now, so we use the quarter size cloth-wrapped elastics (Goody?). However, her hair is so fine that if we use only one it will slide out - so we use two together and they stay in place just fine.
