I am wanting to lose 7-10 more lbs before summer gets here. I have lost 60lbs over the last couple of years. I work out religiously 3 days a week and watch my diet closely. I have had 4 children and am in a size 8 but I would like to lose those last few lbs that are just hanging around my bootie and tummy. I have take Perfect slim and they make me very anxious and can't sleep. I was wondering if anyone has taken any other pills that work and don't mess you up with sleep and shaking.

What can I do next?

Hello there I dont have a diet pill to recommend but I want to commend u on what u have already accomplished. Maybe increasing the intensity of your workout and adding another day might get u where u want to be. Good Luck

M.,
I don't have or know of a pill that could help you, but I know of a lifestyle program that could help you lose a dress size. If you are working out 3 days a week (is that strengh training, walking, treadmill, aerobic classes?) then you may not necessarily lose the "weight", but you could lose body fat and inches, hence the dress size. I will give a little of my testimony if you don't mind. I was working out for 2 years, 3-4 times/ wk mixing strenght training with aerobic classes, and I wanted to look more lean. I was 130 lbs and in a size 6. I didn't necessarily want to lose "weight" just wanted to look a little more lean. I read a book called the Genetic Key Diet, it is based on low glycemic eating, and it made sense to me. It a healthy way to eat. I began the program last May. I lost 3% body fat and 5 inches and dropped a dress size. I finally got the lean look I wanted. I am sold on the program. I went to a training by the doctor who wrote the book and I am now certified to teach this program to others. If you want more information please email(____@____.com) me and we can get in touch.

I think that you have reached a plateau in your loss. I think you should increase your intensity of your workout...maybe change things up a bit too. Increase your weight training too that will help. Increased lean muscle mass increases your metabolism which will add to your weight loss...not to mention tone up your body that you have worked so hard to get. I took Hydroxycut Hardcore and that indeed worked for me. Make sure you are drinking enough water...Increase your protein intake too.
Best of luck!

I like hydroxycut... I shed pounds fast but it does make u a little shaky so I only took it twice a day instead of three. I heard on Rachel Ray one morning that in order for women to have a high metabolism they should work out 5 times a week for better results. I dunno if thats true but working out five times a week sure did make the pounds shed faster lol

If you're really determined to use a diet pill, I've heard very good things about Alli. It's all natural and is supposed to work great. But if you would like other recommendations, check out http://www.mckenna.com/ This mans name is Paul McKenna and as easy as his techniques may sound, they work as long as you follow them. I myself have never used a diet pill simply because of the fact that doctor after doctor has told me not to. They say that diet pills will work initially but your metabolism will become dependent on them and if you quit taking them then your metabolism will run slower than before and you could end up gaining more weight than you lost. Congratulations on losing that much weight though! That's amazing! I hope this helps!
