i am so confused ---- my son does not want the routine cake cutting followed by dinner at home patries....he is bored...he wants something where he could do some activities --does anyone have ideas of a party where they can do rock climbing or swimming or bowling or ice skating near to west plano....please i need some inputs and his Bday in 10 days time ...

Main Event in Plano has laser tag, games, bowling. My girls had soo much fun there. It's right off 75.
Jump Town 15th and Independence, there is a rock climbing place in Frisco, Adventure Landing Coit and George Bush..Speed Zone but its on 35...look in a Dallas Child magazine tons of ideas there
I agree about the Natatorium in Allen, it's nice. You could try Galleria or Stonebriar Mall for ice skating.
The Allen Natatorium is a great place for a party. My daughter has been there a few times for parties and loves it.
Also, Main Event has laser tag, bowling, games, etc.
Dave and Busters at Stonebriar has a fun set up. We rented out a room there once for a party.

I live in Frisco and cant suggest places in Plano, sorry about that. Frisco has a very good bowling place - Strikz on Preston and Lebanon, Ice skating at the Stonebriar mall. Check it out on www.aroundtownkids.com for more ideas.

Rodenbaugh Natatorium in the City of Allen offers both indoor swimming AND rockclimbing at a very reasonable rate. Because they're indoor, no worries about the weather!
Don't know where you're located but I would encourage you to check them out.
