Hi - I'm hoping someone can help me out and fast. I wanted to make Barbecue meatballs for supper tonight but can't find my recipe. I know there's hamburger, onions, cracker crumbs, I think 1 egg and than the sauce is BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Does anyone have this recipe that they can give to me?
Thanks in advance.

A good place to find all kinds of recipes is www.cooks.com
They even let you put in a list of ingredients and narrow the search. I have found many interesting recipes there. Especially if you have limited items at home and are looking for something to cook with them.
Good luck,

This is what I have. It is adapted for Weight Watchers so, if you care about that, you can make 22 small balls for 1 point apiece. Obviously, you can substitute whatever you want!

1 lb. 96% ground beef
1/8 c. skim milk
1/4 c. egg substitute ( or 1 egg)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
spices to your liking (oregano, allspice, baseil, etc.)

Mix all together and bake 375 for 2o minutes. Adjust the time if the size of you balls are bigger!

It sounds good so far, except for the grape jelly. LOL.
I'd add some ceyanne pepper or garlic. I also use a little honey or malassas on BBQ. Have fun.

That's what i have.
In a hurry? use the premade meatballs, mix with one part bbq sauce, 1/2 part jelly. heat & serve.

i like to throw mine in a crock pot and let it go.
(i usually do mine for football parties, or get togethers so the crockpot helps keep them warm, and i can start it early and just stir every now and then)
