A.R.
It is insane, and banned in the US. Infants brains are not developed and due to all the shaking and movement may cause shaken baby syndrome. I just youtubed the video ( a lady spiraling a 2 week old infant around) and it gave me chills.
Have you seen the Baby Yoga videos where they swing the baby?
What do you think of this? Have you done it? Would you try it?
I know! Crazy, right? I saw this on television this morning and couldn't believe it!

WOW!! Very disturbing!
To answer your last two ?s would be a NO and another NO. I hope everyone's answer would be the same!
Honestly...I think anyone who would do that to a baby, is crazy and disturbed.
Have you seen the women who does that? She's built like a man. She could do serious damage to these babies. (Anyone could damage, but she obviously has more physical strength then the average women.)
Oh my! That is just crazy.
OMG? What is wrong with people? It doesn't even look like a real live baby in the video though? But the report seems to indicate that the infant is real.
How does a helpless, newborn survive some of the horrible things that happens to them? It's a miracle.
This same mother will probably also insist on a vegan diet for her newborn. That will be the next upload.
Anyways, Happy Easter - glad to be back and see familiar names!
I'm not even sure how that is considered yoga. Hell no I'm not swinging my baby around like a rag doll!
I have been looking into baby massage, I've been massaging my little new born. It occurred to me that when I'm bed ridden and immobile that I get really stiff....so it makes sense.
HUH??! Thanks for awesome google experience! Well. I think it only stands to reason that everyone should do this for the enlightened Zen health of their babies because no babies have ever grown up healthy without being swung all around by the limbs at that age.....WHAT???? yoga trend gone awry to say the least....
I had seen this and thought it was an April Fools joke.
I think it's TOTALLY INSANE. No. I wouldn't do it. No. I wouldn't try it.
IF I had friends who did this - I would seriously reconsider the relationship. I realize that babies are flexible and not porcelain dolls, but, really? NO FREAKING WAY!!
