mine took FOREVER! I was so excited to be pregnant, but no one could tell until, like, 6 months or so.

With my first, I didn't start actually showing until I was 7 months!! I definitely showed sooner with my second, maybe around 4-5 months.

I didn't start showing (noticeably) until 7 months. When I was 9 months, people always thought I was 6 or 7 months pregnant. My son was normal sized and gained the proper amount of weight. I'm very small, and all my weight was baby, but my belly just never got that big.

It takes longer to show with your first. By 5 months, it was obvious to me, but to other people, it probably just looked like I'd ganed a little weight. Between 6-7 months, it was clear I was pregnant.

Depends on a lot of things. When I was 4 months I thought I looked totally pregnant and people laughed at me. The more weight you gain, the more you look heavier but not necessarily pregnant and that can go on. But if you don't and you look like a skinny pregnant, then I think 5 months for sure.
5 months in general I would say. And by the way, I do not advicate for skinny pregnant! Take care of that baby - your body comes back just fine if you work on it.

It depends how you carry. Some women carry it all out front, some women carry their babies more vertically. I am 38 weeks and 5 days and most people still wouldn't know I was pregnant. I have a long torso and my kids hide. I fill out, but I don't get a big baby bump -- I get a barrel shape. Plus I am very busty, so that makes it harder to tell how large my stomach is.

That said, if you already have a little baby bump going then you will probably see more of a shape around the 5-6 month mark.

Congrats on your pregnancy.

I didn't show much until a couple weeks before I was due. I only had to wear maternity clothes after the baby dropped... then I was suddenly huge.

Each woman is different. My husband jokes that as soon as the pregnancy test read positive, my belly suddenly popped out. I always showed early but I am on the petite side. I think larger framed women might take a bit longer to show.

It's different for everyone! My bump was quite obvious at 9 weeks, but I was expecting twins with my first pregnancy. I'm now only 4 weeks pregnant, but I'm starting to show slightly.

It depends on how you're carrying the baby and how big your torso is. I am a small woman with a very short waist--People started asking me when I was due at about 13 weeks (I'd only gained 6 or 7 pounds at that point) and were sure at five months that I was about to deliver. My friend who was pregnant at the same time is long-waisted and much taller than me--She hardly showed at all until she was past six months. So you're really going to have to just wait and see.
Congrats!!

It varies. With my first, I never started to show until I hit 8 mo, but I'm also 5'10" and larger framed. I did manage to lose 68 lbs w/ my first and 54 lbs w/ our twins, so I just replaced my flab w/ baby and no one was really able to tell the difference.

Depends on your body size and frame. Defintely you will see a bump by 5 or 6 months. Take pictures of your growing belly...its fun!

My belly started to bump early on my first one (around 8 weeks) but I really didn't show where people figured out I was pregnant until about 16 weeks. For following babies anyone could tell I was pregnant by 12 weeks. It really is different for every woman and on every pregnancy so you never know. You could be one of those that doesn't show until way later. Just depends on where in the tummy your baby attached. The good news is, you are close to feeling him/her kick if you haven't already. = )

Good luck on #1 and hold on for the ride!

It depends on your frame. I didn't start to bulge out until about 7 months, where some moms can bulge out at 3! It also depends on how much weight you gain and when you gain it. I lost a little weight in the 1st trimester, but at the 3rd I was gaining a pound a week. It also depends on how you're carrying too - high, low etc. Anyways, have a happy healthy pregnancy!
