I have been looking for baby bedding. I can't find any I absolutely love. I have stalked babies r us, nothing that I like. I don't want anything themed or babyish. I understand it's for a baby but I hate the baby animals etc. Any ideas

What can I do next?

Hi!
Congratulations! How exciting! I can totally relate. I had the same problem and went bananas trying to find something just right. After all that, I bought inexpensive, plain bedding from ebay, went to the fabric store and found the exact pattern and color I had envisioned and brought it all to the cleaners to have them recover everything. It was much less expensive than if I had bought it from one of the fancy bedding places, it was exactly what I had wanted and kind of fun that it's one of a kind!
Hope this helps and happy shopping!

Look at www.gagababygear.com! It's a lady who custom makes anything for baby! She made me two carseat covers (one for a boy and one for a girl) and I LOVE them! I don't know how much she charges for bedding. You can pick any pattern, design or theme you want!
Good Luck!

Try overstock.com. They have a pretty good selection at great prices.

What's your budget? Pottery Barn Kids had some cute striped stuff. I also got a Curious George bed sheet (themed but it looks very vintage which made it cool) from them. Dwell Studio makes ultra modern bedding but pricey.

The internet has a lot of choices.

Good suggestions so far. I was also going to suggest Pottery Barn, as well as Land of Nod. Amazon and Overstock were also a good suggestions I hadn't thought of. I'd maybe even do a google search for something like "striped" baby bedding, or whatever pattern you're into. If you don't care so much about the bedding, bumper, etc. then just do some sheets you like and decorate any way you want, since you aren't that into a theme anyway! Congrats!

I just use plain white crib sheets. That way when they get to the stage that they take their diaper off and you find poo everywhere, you can bleach it all. I did get a nice airplane quilt from Pottery Barn that I didn't think was too babyish that he will be able to use when we move him to his toddler bed too.

babysupermall.com and bedding.com

I didn't want anything babish either and I ended up getting my son a very muted color scheme with antique airplanes, boats on it. I has certainly grown with him and he still loves it.

I had the same issue with my second. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted on ebay. The ebay store I used was called ComfyMe. She has a lot of great stuff in her store and it wont break the bank! There were also lots of other great baby bedding stores on ebay.
Good luck and congrats!

Target.com had nice ones when I was looking, so did Walmart.com, Pottery Barn Kids (online) or you can have someone make you one.

Check Amazon. You can find about anything...I did.

I love my crib sheets...I have a few paisley prints in different colors, and some floral, and some plain colored.

And if you're talking about bedspreads, etc, consider making your own. I have both a baby quilt and a crocheted blanket I made (in colors I like, that can grow with her) and I use them both (not at the same time!) as a cover for her toddler bed, and they work perfectly. If you crochet, I can give you an awesome pattern that is mindless (perfect for TV watching), quick, and very pretty.
