Try Divine Yoga on 1709 where Keller ends and SOuthlake begins - almost across the street from the huge water tower. I hear they are great!
Hello! I am training for a sprint triathlon and found that pilates was the best for my muscles in between swimming, biking and running. I have 35 pounds to lose. I love to lift weights, but my muscles get bulky. I have a membership with 24 hour fitness, but they don't offer pilates except in Southlake once in a while. I want to work my way through all the different pilates. Does anyone know of a cost effective pilates class?? In Keller??
Thank you guys for all your advice..I am going to check them out! I am so excited! Lemme know if anyone wants to join me :)

I know it may be further than you want to go, but I have a friend that owns her own pilates studio in Bartonville...off 407 west..across from Lantana. I forget the name, but her name is Meredith. Could be an option.
Hi C.. I know you can take Pilates at the Watauga recreation center and those classes will be very low cost. I haven't been in a while (I'm a dance teacher there and taking ht summer off to have my baby) but the classes used to be 6 -7pm on Tuesdays Watauga Parks & Community Services Department * 7901 Indian Springs Road###-###-#### * ###-###-#### Fax
Also you can look into area dance studios, many of them will offer pilates as well even thoug they will be more expensive.
Rythm and Moves is in Southlake, and it is between kimball and carroll avenue ont he other side of 114. I took a pilates intro class and it whopped my butt, I just lost 98 lbs and it really kicked up my workout. Check it out. google it good luck
Studio One Dance on Basswood/Park Vista offers yoga/pilates classes for adults. From what I have heard, theirs offers quite a workout. My daughter takes dance there and loves all the instructors, plus its a Christian Studio, so a wonderful atmosphere to be in
Definitely check out the Watauga Rec Center. My friend teaches the pilates class there and you get 4 classes a month for a very low fee. Good luck!
The Keller Pointe offers these classes. Member rate is $7.00 class and 10.00 for nonmember for drop in class. Hope this helps
Not really sure if they offer Pilates but I do know they offer Power Yoga at Divine Yoga Center on the corner of 1709 and Pearson.
