I am with you there, I been wanting to find a playdate for my 2 year old daughter. I am planning to go to Krannet park they have a play date thing for 2.00 for the family You child is safe you can watch and talk with outher people. I was thinking of doing that tomorrow.
Or we could get together and let our kids play. I been wanting to meet people.

I am NOW a stay at home mom, I love being with my daughter. My husband will be traveling alot soon for his work. So I would like to meet people and let my daughter meet other children

I am new to mamasource. I just wanted to know how did that playgroup work out? I live on the Northwest side of Indy and was just wondering the same thing. My child has no one here for her to play with. At least at home she had some of her preschool friends from our hometown. Did you ever find a playgroup?

I watch my sister's 4 kids, ages 7, 6, 5, & 4 every evening & have my kids with me. we live across the street from Rhodius park if you'd like to meet there sometime. I want to get my kids the chance to play with other kids but don't know many ppl in the neighborhood.

I beong to the Avon playgroup, we are on the westside of Indy. I love it, I have a 1 year old and we love to get together and play with everyone. You have to go to this site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/avonplaygroup/ and send the owner of the group an e-mail and she will get in touch with you on how to join.

There is a group that meets in Speedway called "Toddler Time"..it meets every Monday at 10am...it is led by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner...the group is free...and very fun and informative. Call me for futher info @###-###-####
