Does anyone have a pair of Fit Flops? http://www.thefitflop.com/ They are supposed to tone your legs from just walking in them. I want to maybe get a pair but they are kind of expensive ($50) and I'm not sure if I'll like them. Your help would be appreciated!

Funny you should post this. I recently saw a news story about the FitFlops where they had 3 teachers (who are on their feet all day) wear them for 1 week. All of the teachers said that they were very comfortable (and if you look at the main customer comment on the web site, it says how comfy they are, not how much weight they lost). Two of the teachers said that they didn’t notice any difference and wouldn’t recommend the shoes. The third teacher said that even though she didn’t lose any weight, she said she felt good wearing them and would recommend them, but not as a weight loss tool. Overall, the consensus was that the only way these flip flips would help you lose weight, is if you walked, purposefully (aka exercise) a few miles in them every day.

This is not a weight loss tool. If you read up on them, they say wearing them will help TONE your legs. Walking in tennis shoes or anything else will help tone your legs also as long as you are walking. Only sensible eating and exercising will help you shed a few pounds before you get pregnant again.
