So What Happened?

I watched most of it.
My Republican friends don't even know who to back in this circus.
They make The Donald look sane!
Amy--couldn't agree more about Bernie's track record. I'd love to see him as our POTUS!
But if he can't win, I'll take Hillary.
None of the RePUGS can beat either of them! My opinion.

WW: I've already been seeing "Sanders 2016" bumper stickers all over the place!

I am so sick of politics in America.. the smear campaigns.. lies .. the attempt to change everything the women's movement fought to accomplish is being destroyed ... all the rest .. I'm just not interested any more.

Normally, I am some what involved but politics have gotten too nasty.

Politic -- the perfect word for it...

poli in Latin meaning 'many'

tic 'blood sucking insects'

It's Open House night at my sons school so we never turned the tv on.
Can we get them to play a Rock Paper Scissors elimination round or two just to narrow the clown college down a bit?

Nah, I've heard Donald Trump say sexist things about women's looks vs. their abilities, say how great he is, and badmouth immigrants. Don't need to see him do it all again.

I watched it. I am very happy with all the candidates. I like having lots of choices. I'm all for a healthy debate and exchange of ideas. I do think Trump brings some value to the debates. Its nice to see "career" politicians scramble. The American public is tired of the "same ole' same ole' from BOTH parties. I think that is why Trump, Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina are surging.

Predictions?
No to Clinton
No to Bush

Been there have the t-shirt. No to Bernie. I honestly don't even take him very seriously. He is WAY too far to the left and in a general election he would not do well. I truly believe this country will NOT go that route. I also think Hillary is in trouble. So, who are the dems going to run? Joe Biden? Make fun of the RePUGS all you want, the dems look worse. Just MY opinion.

My choice as of today? Carly Fiorina. I like her. She is a strong woman who would make the tough decisions. And I like the fact that she isn't a politician.

It sounds like preaching TOLERANCE and RESPECT only applies to prayer at a kids softball game not while discussing politics. Wow.

Watched the debate with the family, had some lively conversation. Wouldn't dream of voting for anyone on that stage. They all want government to have control over my daughter's bodies, they all want to deny basic rights to fellow Americans and they ignore overwhelming scientific evidence in order to maintain the status quo. Those are deal breakers for me.

RUBY: I really get where you're coming from but remember you don't have to watch a single debate to cast an informed vote. You don't have to suffer through the ugly soundbites or sink into the name calling and rampant misogyny.

Just research the candidates privately. They all have a history, voting record and platform (well most of them have a platform!) I think it's easy to say they are all the same, it's all corrupt but there are very distinct and important differences, some that will have far reaching repercussions for our future and our kids. They may all be blood suckers but some don't just want your blood they want your whole damn body!

watched it for about 40 minutes.

It's the second string.

Jindal isn't bad.

Graham is fruitcake - RINO.
Santorium? Jury is still out.

Can't wait for the liberal debates! Tyler and I will laugh at the stupidity of the people who are supporting the socialist and the liar.

I am watching right now, and I am absolutely appalled at Trump's behavior and we're what, 10 minutes into the debate? It's all about TRUMP and not about the issues. He is nothing but a bully. He is attacking everyone and not addressing the issues at hand. I am sorely tempted to turn the trash off and go do something else if Trump doesn't stop his trash and the moderators don't get the debate under control. Ugh.

ETA: I'm not enthralled with any candidate, Democrat or Republican, but can anyone really see Trump working well as a negotiator with Putin, or any international leader? i don't think this so. Wow. I can't believe him.
