For the past 2 months, maybe, I haven't gotten my usually daily Mamapedia emails and when I ask a question, it doesn't send me an email either. My email is the same as it's always been, everything in email prefs is checked 'yes' and tonite I went in and retyped in my email address again (I'll see if that does anything). Nothing is going into my junk mail. My email is with Verizon, so I don't think the problem is there. Anyone else have this problem and how do you fix it?
I haven't had that problem, but the emails about responses to my questions have started coming very late. I usually have read the answer long before the email gets to me.

I have the permanent "Important info about your email--Click here for details" button at the top.
I don't like the daily emails and I don't want emails every time someone answers my Qs or send me a flower or PMs me. I'd rather take care of that myself ON Mamapedia rather than have my email clogged with notifications.
I have my email preferences set accordingly.
Nevertheless...no emails.
Which is OK by me.
But, obviously, the site has issues in the email dept!

I had this problem a year ago and nothing corrected it. Not even contacting Mamapedia. So LSS we went to Disney and I logged on through their network and wahlah I get all of the e-mails again. (Even once I came back home.) I have NO idea why this worked but it did.
I don't get them either, T.. It stopped probably 6 months ago. If I hadn't saved an email with a link, I wouldn't be able to easily find my account. I don't even know if I get a private message without going in to look. And my settings allow for it too...
I don't know why!

i am having the same problems. It says I don't have an account, but the site lets me click on questions and answers and answer questions. I already reported it once. They sent me an email saying it was fixed, but it is not. i don't know how to fix it.
Mine has been like that for the last 6 or more months. Email has not changed and nothing going to the spam or junk mail either and also like you my preferences allow for everything.
Any PMs or answers I get between some time in the night until around nineish in the morning come all at once. It started doing this a while ago, no idea why.
I think this happened to me after we changed browsers. I had to change the browser to access my account.

I've been having issues for about 6 months too. There is a box at the top of the bar that says "Important info about your email! Click here for details" I've clicked the link easily 10 different times and then clicked the link that says yes, my email is still the same. I get emails for a day, then they stop and the box reappears. I finally decided to stop. If Mamapedia can't get it together enough to keep my email safe, I'm not clicking the link anymore.
**The only thing I can figure for me is that they're shocked I've had the same email address for 6+ years...since they were Mamasource.
