Anybody Getting Pelted Yet?

Edited: Sunday morning has brought snapped trees and a flooded yard and it's not supposed to end until early tomorrow morning...

nope!....Its the worst drought in the history of texas over here, we are now conserving water. Send some our way!

Oy. We're on opposite weather schedules as the rest of the country. We're FINALLY getting sun here. I'll try and send some your way. Although, I just remembered; the last hurricane I was in in SC (west ashley; Charleston) we had alligators over the roads, in our yards, and 2 in the elementary school. Ick. Stay safe!

It's over for us!
We had rain Sat morning with increasing wind and lost power 11am.
The rain was warm and it wasn't constant heavy downpour - a lot of the time it was a fine rain.
The drainage ditches handled the water and they are draining out nicely.
No damage and we got power back on Sun 11am.
Areas right on the coast got flooded badly from tidal surges.

It came on land just north of where we used to live. My best friend is fine and finally has power. She made coffee in her fireplace, like she was camping.
She lost parts of her fence but her roof and siding has held up.

We are having a lot of rain and wind. I'm in a gulley and everything loose is on the garage.

VA Beach/Norfolk is getting hit pretty hard right now.

It's Raining, It's Pouring.....

CRAZY rain and wind about 90 minutes south of DC and it's steady getting worse! We have power, but most of my friends and family do not!

New Jersey in the house here. We're getting pelted but no wind..YET!

Here on Long Island, we are bracing for a direct hit in the next several hours. Send some good thoughts our way please!

I'm in central CT. We got hit in the middle of the night. Lots of wind, lots of leaves and small branches down. No flooding. The coast is pretty bad as it hit at high tide, so there's lots of flooding there.

We've got rain in DC and that's about it....it's not even a cats and dogs rain - it's a nice - Spring Rain!!!
