Hello ladies. I have a four year old son who has been day potty-trained for over a year but still wetting nearly every night. I am TIRED of buying pullups for night time! I have cloth diapered my kids and I love the idea of using cloth pull ups but would like specific recommendations on what worked for you. I just bought one from a website run by a SAHM, but I am disappointed in the quality. I need something that will hold for a medium to heavy wetter overnight if possible. Mostly I just want to know what has worked for you and where I should be looking to purchase.
Edit: I understand the diaper argument, but I still would appreciate recommedations for cloth pull ups of good quality that I can use when he is not wetting SO much at night. I cannot afford to keep buying disposables forever!
Thank you so much!!

What can I do next?

We went to ScottyPotty.com and purchased the thick underwear. He's totally comfy running around in them during the day so they can be multi-purpose if you want them to be. Then we got the waterproof plastic underwear to put over them at night. They work great although we do still have our nights where it leaks through to the sheets. But that's what the waterproof sheets on the mattress are for - lol! We cloth diapered as well and I am so glad to be out of diapers completely now! We never did he pull-up route as these fit the bill! Happy Potty Training!

Honestly, if he is soaking a pullup over night and does not wake up at night when he has to pee, a pullup seems silly. Just diaper him til his bladder is ready to hold urine through the night. Pullups are meant to be pulled up and down when the kid has to use the toilet. If he's a heavy overnight wetter, a diaper is in order. There are plenty of good overnight options in cloth diapers.

I've heard good things about Little Beetle and Imse Vimse trainers, but they're designed for small daytime accidents, not overnight soaking.

You may want to take a look at the cloth training pants from One Step Ahead, we had good luck with those. If he is wetting heavily you might want to add a mattress pad as well. We did this with my oldest son for nighttime and it worked out well for us. We also tried to limit his drink choices after dinner to water only, and for awhile I would wake him up to go potty just before I went to bed.
Best of luck, hope you are able to get some good rest and dry nights soon!

or they also have similar bed pads as the ones I used

how often does he go during the day?? I just wonder if he is holding alot in and going at night instead? Bummis makes a waterproof pullup trainer, we loved them. however, like another mom answered, they are for training accidents, not for soaking overnight, you would definitely have to add a soaker or something from your CD stash.
