I don't know about facials, but Massage Envy offers $39 massages. We have been using them for two years now. They are open 7 days a week and open until 9pm. Really helpful for those of us with kids!!

Try a massage school as well as beauty school. I have had both done at very reasonable rates and both did a great job. Not sure where you would go in Clearwater, but if you do an internet search, I'm sure you would find something.
Skin So Deep is off of a side street on Main Street. The lady's names is Patti O'Neal. She gave a great facial and great prices. She was in with a lady that gave massages. I never got a massage from her but I heard they were phenomonal. Good luck and enjoy!!
