I think at this stage keeping her comfortable with a humidifier will help, and getting her to drink plenty of fluids to flush it through her body. If you would like the name of a good vitamin powder to add to her formula to help build immunity for winter let me know and I will send a link.

Sounds more like allergies, but it could easily turn into an ear infection. My daughter didn't have any of these symptoms until we moved to TX and every fall gets the same allergy symptoms which turn into an ear infection.

Sounds more like allergies. Think seasonal, environmental or food. Look for homeopathic solutions for colds or allergies.

I love using saline for cold. You can get "Simply Saline" or other types that come in an aersol so it is really easy to use. You can use it every few hours and she won't be groggy or anything. The other thing I do is place a full size pillow underneath the crib mattress. This elevates her chest and helps her drain while sleeping.
I also use a cool mist humidifier that will quiet her cough if she has one.

I may be responding too late. Call your doctor and see if she can have a dose of Benedryl and Ibuprofen. The Benedryl will help with the itchiness and mucous. The Ibuprofen will reduce inflammation so she can breath better and make her feel better.
