i can see where you might be wondering if this is a miscarriage, i've had 3 of my own and can honestly tell you that your key factors to look for with a miscarriage are bright red blood, and horrendous cramping. with my last miscarriage, a symptom i didnt know about until i thought about it afterwards was a week prior my pregnancy symptoms disappeared- sensitivity to smells, nausea, fatigue... etc. waiting 24 hours to take the antibiotc until you talk to your OBGYN isnt going to do anything, and the piece of mind is comforting. because you're pregnant your immune system is compromised which makes it harder than before to fight off even simple infections- so be sure that when/if your dr gives you antibiotics that you should take them. it's best to nip this in the butt before it gets painful. i know normally women take monostat or something of the sort for yeast infections, but those arent recommended during pregnancy. another factor is- this is about the time you'd normally be getting your period had you not be pregnant, so alot of times you can have brown discharge, or even spotting. i suggest getting the book What to Expect When You're Expecting... the basic rundown of the book tells you that what you experience in your pregnancy is totally normal and unique to you and your pregnancy.
